Megina Dawadi

Women's pelvic health physiotherapist & clinical researcher
"Good care begins when a woman feels heard β€” especially with concerns she may have carried quietly for a long time."

Megina's practice rests on one idea: sensitive health concerns deserve time, clear explanations and a plan that fits real life. She brings a calm, culturally responsive, evidence-informed approach to every consultation.

Her career spans Australia, Nepal and India β€” from broad rehabilitation and oncology support to hospital-based obstetrics and gynaecology physiotherapy, women's imaging and private practice. Those years shaped her commitment to accessible pelvic healthcare, patient education and multidisciplinary care.

Her long-term vision is MD Physiotherapy Center: an inclusive women's-health clinic uniting pelvic physiotherapy, education, research and community care.
